31 spline axle/diff swap

Well iv been contemplating gears for a while, and this might be my solution.
I plan on doing a 31 spline axle swap this summer. On the Tousley Ford parts website they list:

AXLE ASSY Mustang; From 8/00 W/INDEPENDENT SUSP
for $324.59

If I am reading the parts diagrams correctly it appears that this would include the diff, ring/pinion and axles.(can anyone verify?)

My question is if i purchased this along with some 4.10 gears is that all I will need? gear install kit as well?

Looks like that is just the 31 spline axles. You also need the 31 spline differential and at that point you might as well get an aftermarket Eaton (or Torsen) unit since it is far better than Ford's Tracton Lock diff.

For now, post link to parts assembly if you want advice.

As far as the gears, an install kit with new bearings and crush collar is a good idea. Don't forget the friction modifier as you should probably use conventional gear lube at first.
