305-55-R18 tires?

does anyone here know where I can find them. I saw them on this lightning that was getting sold in eBay . It was running Nittos 305-55-R18 on the rear. It looked legit.

are you sure they are 305/55's? Nitto makes a 305/45 drag radial that fits our rims.

I found some old posts from people running them in the nitto 404, but not on lightnings. I don't know if nitto has any other tire in that size. you can always check their website. 99% of people who run the nitto drag radials run 305/40's, and those of us who run the 555 just run the stock size. Going any wider on the stock rim is pointless, and a taller side wall like a 55 series tire has will hamper performance around corners as it will be prone to sidewall flex
