Just picked up a set of these for the rear of some 19X11's

I also have a 19X9.5 up front. Can someone recommend me a size that would work well with the larger OD of the rear (27.4)

I was thinkning of a MPSS in a 275/40 or a 285/35? Suggestions?

Thanks

**edit** just checked Michelin's site, they do indeed show 305/35/19 as latest generation and limited availability I read somewhere that is the tire size for the rear of the GT350 so it must be true because that size wasnt available before, I went with the pricey 295/35/19 as a result

These were 412.00 each.

I got them from tire rack on a special order... do you think a 275/40 would be too tall for the front? Im on BMR springs

that's about what my 295/35/19's cost, lol I feel ripped off

a quick tire size calculator shows the
front 27.66
rear 27.41

the front will be 1/4" taller, that would be noticeable.

not sure if Michelin makes a 265/40/19 but check out my screen shot

Tirerack shows 265/40/19 MPSS to be 27.4" tall.

Nothing wrong with a 265 on a 9.5" wheel, bulge isn't always a good thing on a front street tire.

Im not necessarily looking for a bulging tire, I just wanted to put as much tire as I realistically and safely could up front. Im also not looking to stretch a tire either. I am on BMR springs...

265 vs 255 is almost exactly the same hence the want to go with a wider front tire. What tire do guys typically run on there ET streets because it should have the same overall height as the 305 I just bought.

EDIT: After looking, the 265 is almost a half inch wider up front. Thats pretty good and the 275 will through the overall height off for only a small gain in width. Looks like 265 it is, of course the MPSS is backordered till late September!

I want these bad but cant justify the price. I may end up going with a 305/35/19 NT05 instead.
the PSS should last longer, that would help with my decision, that and it's a better tire overall......
