About to order a set of tires for a new set of 19" wheels. I've ran the ET street 2's and am very impressed with their traction but they are $260 more than the 05r's for the pair.
The car they're going on will be in the 600+ whp range. It sits a lot, never sees rain, and track time will be rare if any. Treadwear isn't much of a concern either.
I want to be able to at least dead hook from a 40 roll, will the 05r's be satisfactory or are the ET Streets really worth the extra cash? Anyone have experience with both?
