30" Slicks. How Wide, Which Ones?

Trying to find a set of slicks for my truck and the M&H 30" cheater slicks are 14" wide for a 16" rim. Can we use these? Do we have enough clearence?

My truck is lowered 2.5" with Hotchkis Leafs.
I am trying to get these and have them mounted for next weekend. Help.
