Better flowing exaust, but it won't be benificial much until the 600 RWHP range... As a matter of fact, you'll probably lose more torque then you gained power considering the amount of back pressure being lost.

Will the problem going to be upstream. I don't think it really matter since your constriction will be at the hearder and cats.

not to hijack,but i posted a question in the 99-01 forum about who makes a 3in cat back[my car has a solid].

im not getting much response there and figured this was a better place to ask.

someone mentioned mac,any others make one?:beer:

3 inch exhaust is beneficial after 450 hp. Read the 4.6 engine book.
