3.5" or 4" Aluminum Driveshaft?

Opinions on a 3.5" versus a 4" aluminum driveshaft. From what I have read the 3.5" is better for a lowered car and the 4" has a higher hp and rpm rating. I'm stock ride height on a 2011 with SVTPP.

Go with 4" driveshaft. The 3.5" was designed for lowered cars beyond 2" to clear driveline. Many people who lower cars with springs 1"-1.5" still run a 4" driveshaft with zero issues. As you mentioned, the 4" driveshaft also has higher rpm capabilities before failure than its counterpart.
