2V KB 2.1 9psi i/c kit questions

I am looking into the 96-04 mustang gt KB 2.1 kit that comes with 36lb injectors and BAP. Would these components be able to support 400-420 rwhp on a 2v?

Does KB sell a tuner kit without their tune, injectors and BAP?

Just for reference, I'm running a stock pump and BAP on my Tork Tech setup at 11psi and at 400rwhp the pump was at 95% duty cycle. A slightly bigger pump is relatively inexpensive, I'd go that route.

If you are going to do pumps, might as well do it right and get some e85 pumps.

You'll end up there eventully, trust me on that.
