Ok. Mods below. First pull on Mustang Dyno 497rwhp 498tq. Dyno read 20.6 PSI on stock ported eaton! Car cut out at 4800 rpm. I was told that the blower was maxing out. We removed the lower 6lb and replaced it with a 2lb. Final #'s after tuning were 450rwhp 500tq. I dont know much about dynos but I was told that the Mustang dyno shows lower hp#'s then a dyno Jet. Does anyone know what kind of numbers Im looking at? All tuning and installation was done at Razors Edge in Florida by Paul. By the way, air fuel is 11.9 to 1. Dyno sheet coming soon. Car is CRAZY fast.

WOW 20psi on a stock eaton? I woudl say thats pushing that blower... So your numbers went from 490/443 to 497/498 with same mods? So by adding a 2lb lower you lost 40hp and gained 57tq? I am kinda lost?

The Mustang I dyno on is ALWAYS about 21% lower than the DynoJet I check it on . . . With a Mustang Dyno your numbers can vary a ton based on how much the load it or how much resistance is used. (ask someone w/ a Mustang for exact..?) Hope that helps.... If Razors Edge loads theirs like SVC does then you have got a damn healthy car!

Yes the car made 20+psi. Crazy huh. I wouldnt have believed it if he didnt have a boost gauge on the dyno.
Let me explain the other numbers. The car made 490/443 (Dynojet)with all the mods with exception of the 2.93/6lb. At the time the car was running a 2.76 upper only. When the 2.93/6lb was added the numbers went to 497/498 on the Mustang dyno. 20psi was recorded on that pull and the blower maxed out at 4800-4900rpm. We swapped the 6lb lower for 2lb lower and achieved 450/500 a new tune. I was wondering what my 450 on a dynojet would be.
Hope I cleared it up.

Joe
