278ah ptv ?'s

Wondering if anybody knows if comp cams 278ah cams will clear the pistons(assuming they are properly degreed) on a 2002 5.4l 2 valve?

I'm pretty sure they hit on the 4.6 Not too sure about the 5.4

I know 5.4 is .100 deeper in the hole.

Just as a FYI, they clear. And sound bad ass.
