275s on a 9 inch rim?

i had 275's on the back and 255's on the front with a set of 17x9's. they were totally fine. they look nice too.

Who's got 275s on a 9 inch rim? My new wheels should be here tomorrow, so I'm ordering tires tonight. I'm going with Nitto NT05, but they don't come in a 265, so I need to decide between 255 and 275.

The fronts are going to be 9 inch rims. 245s look bad on a 9 inch rim, so I'm trying to determine if 255s would look any better. I'd go with the 275s, but my car is pretty low (about a 2 inch drop) up front, so I don't want to have rubbing issues.

Any advice is appreciated. Pictures of 255s or 275s on a 9 inch rim would be awesome.

If anyone is interested, I have all four of these New BFG Comp. T/A's and New Gun Metal Cobra R 17x9's for sale. One tire is missing it tread sticker, but they are all new.

^^^^Man I havent seen a set of new Comp T/As in while! Since they were replaced with the g-Force series of tires (KD, KDW etc etc). The Comp T/As were good tires.

Thank you and everyone else who posted advise. I actually ordered the 275s and 315s tonight (Nitto NT05s...I'm super excited). I'll be sure to post some pictures when they're mounted up and bolted on.

275s fits great on a 9" wheel. I ran 275s up front for a couple years. Up front you will notice the car pulling you from side to side though.
I also run termi front arms, so nbot sure if they'll rub with the stock front arms. Pretty sure 96-98s should work fine, it's the 94/5s that have rubbing issues with their arms.
