26 if you have stock gears.
I just did all my research for this exact question this weekend.
I will be going w/ a 26" setup. 26/11.5/16 ET Streets for the track. The Hoosier only comes in a 28" and the section width is considerably smaller, and M/T doesn't make a 28/16.
However for daily use, I would personally even more so go with a 26" since it'lll be driven on more, if its just for track I've leared it doesn't matter.
