Up for sale is a heavy duty, 12" high stall, LOCKUP, torque converter for the 1980-1992 Ford AOD transmissions, 11.4" bolt circle and 1.375" crank pilot. The converter has heavy duty brazed turbine and torrington bearings. Unfortunetly it will not work with trannies that have the one piece billet input shaft. The stall speed on this converter will be 2300-2600 RPM and is good up to about 450 hp. As you all know with any converter, your actual stall speed will depend on your vehicle power output. We pulled it out of a buddies 90 LX, he wanted a bigger stall. It only has about 700 miles on it. I picked it up and was going to throw it in my Tbird SC but have since changed directions and sold the car. $115 shipped anywhere in the states. Let me know.
