Smaller engines like the V6 are now more efficient than ever and are able to produce just as much power as larger engines.</p><p>The V6 was seen as an engine meant for entry-level sports cars but that has changed with hybrid and turbo technology. V6 powered cars can now be able to make as much power as V8 and V12 cars.</p><p>Modern supercars are now ditching big V8 and V12 engines in favor of the V6 as they can make just as much power. Here as 12 supercars that have 6 cylinder engines.</p><h3><strong>1. Instead of the V12 all-wheel-drive platform, it had a twin-turbocharged V6 and was rear-wheel drive. The car can hit 60 mph in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 205 mph, it also has an electric range of 19 miles.</p><h3><strong>8.
