2021-2022 Mach 1 production numbers?

Does anyone have a line on 2021-2022 Mach 1 production numbers?

Does anyone know a way to get a breakdown by color or options?

I called Ford Performance about a month ago and they told me that they had just received the production numbers for the 2022 model year. They also said that they probably wouldn’t be able to crunch those numbers and have them ready for the public until December 2023. Not really sure why it takes so long.

No they didn’t. However, I didn’t ask about the 2021 model year. I haven’t seen anything online as far as production numbers for the 2021 model. Still don’t understand why it takes so long. Years ago they kicked out the SVT Production data much faster. Seems like that was available four or five months after production ended.

From my informal snooping around on other Mustang sites and such, the closest guesstimate I am seeing is roughly 6,000 2021s, another 6,000 for 2022 and somewhere about 3,000 for 2023.

So around 15K-16K total S550 Mach 1's produced.

AGAIN this is totally "word of mouth" only using the highest Mach 1 chassis # per year recorded. How accurate the #s are is anyones guess.

Ford, as of yet, has not confirmed or published ANY (2021-2023) Mach 1 production #s that I am aware of.

I can believe the lower #'s for 2021 due to supply chain constraints.
I can also believe the 2023 #'s due to short production year/run.
I question 2022 #'s.... I would think they would be considerably higher than the 2021.

Appox 7000 made world wide in 2021.
What would think it is worth??

Not sure. VIN#1 for the entire ‘21-23 run is special to a collector. I loved putting 6000mi on my ‘23 this year and I’m unfortunately going to limits it soon.
I’m not speculating on prices but l do think the Mach 1 will be a very desirable for many years. One of the best S550s made for sure.
