No GT2RS or M720? I would have thought they would be representatives of their respective brands...

They include new / updated cars only that came out for 2019 year. 720S and GT2RS are 2018 models
In fact, it was the GT2RS' Laguna Seca production record from the '18 testing that the Senna broke for 2019.
This year, they get the C8 'Vette and the GT500. Should be interesting.
