2015 Mustang GT won’t start

Hey guys not really familiar with the S550s but my brother recently destroyed the clutch in his car. I was able to drive it home without the clutch. The clutch pedal would not make contact with the clutch safety switch so I had to reach down hit it and the car would start no problem. Now it’s 3 weeks later we finally were able to get it to the shop, but the car will not start. We tested both safety switches even bypassed them and the car still says “engage clutch to start” not really sure what would be next to check. We were able to get the car running by manually jumping the starter from under the vehicle but it won’t even crank when holding in the switch. Any help would be much appreciated!
