I know its early but who do you see winning the starting job in net for team U.S.A?

I know its early but i would not rule out ryan miller depending on how he starts the season. But in all honesty its probably jonathan quick's job to lose i think. If he has a strong first half of the season i think he wins the job.

Im predicting a Canada VS. U.S.A Gold medal game.

Yep. I think Quick. He did struggle a bit last year though. Its gonna be a good battle. So many good U.S. Goalies(Quick, Anderson, Howard,Schneider etc.). I really like the US' chances. They're definitely not the underdog going in this time around. Should be fun.

Quick starts and Schneider backs him up. The 3rd goalie is up for grabs, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Miller as the 3rd. He's been there before and has a lot of experience. He's just stuck on a bad team so he doesn't get a lot of the spotlight.

As far as I know canada hasn't medal'd in the games on a big surface since '94 in Lillehammer.

And the US since '72 in Sapporo.

Sweden has won gold two out of the last three Olympics on big ice, I believe.
