As in bolt to the engine and line up with the pulleys.
I realize a lot of the ancillary pieces are different.

I believe the only difference is the lower intake height. I have a Gen 2 long block in my 13 GT with a Roush TVS that was on my Gen 1 . I’m having some alignment issues but I don’t think it’s because of a Gen 1 SC on a Gen 2 long block.
