I looked around and didn't see an introduction area, if this needs to be moved please do so.

New owner, I've owned a pretty good amount of classic Mustangs, this is my first new one. 2014 GT Track Pack, custom order car. Original buyer backed out and left the dealership stuck with it.

Just wanted to introduce myself I suppose. So far we have SLP axle-back and the clutch pedal fix, nothing too extreme as of yet, this is just a commuter car.

About to order a set of Satin Black Boss Style stripes and some different emblems and perhaps a different grill setup.

Traded this in... rather heavily modified. AWD...

Just now getting a few miles on it, finally did a quick little pull and the clutch stuck to the floor... Doing the fix before I leave my office today.

But how did you get an AWD Silverado? Unless you mean 4WD....

Z71 4x4 with the auto transfer case, closest thing I could get to an AWD... Unless I spent the extra $$ and jumped up to a Denali. I had finished all the appearance modifications and interior upgrades and just finally realized even with major money invested it'd still be a slow truck.

I've still got some Chevrolet ties though, I'm sure that's frowned upon...

I just bought a 13 GT too, love every second driving it. I am going to build into a BOSS 302 over time, but just couldn't afford it in the first place so I am doing it slowly. Mine is a daily driver too, 60 miles a day. Where did you find a good source for the satin black stripes?

I found a vendor on Ebay, claims to use actual 3M materials and supposed to include a template and all. If I'm not satisfied I'll just put them on my shop fridge or something...
Had considered doing gold stripes and doing a retro GT350 thing, but I dunno...


I plan on doing Boss 302 Pack from Ford Racing at some point. Just sorta taking is slow for now, I'm bad about immediately modifying things.

The 1.6L pumping out 120 raging horses may give you all you can handle.

The 1.3L @ 600lbs may have a slight advantage... But with my fat ass on it that advantage is gone.

Just pulling the assist spring and parts. I immediately had issues with the sticking clutch. Do a little googling and you'll see what I'm referring to.
