Looking to switch from a 82mm pulley to a 79mm pulley and upgrade to the 90mm idler pulley . Are there any instructions or videos for this swap?
2014 5.0 VMP Supercharger Pulley and 90mm Idler Pulley Swap

8mm socket on the pulley bolts to pop them loose, then 17mm socket on tensioner, remove tension on belt to slip the belt off the pulley.
Finish removing the 8mm bolts and pulley. 13mm socket to remove upper idler bolt, slide pulley off. Replace both pulleys and bolts.
Use Tensioner to give belt slack while you place the belt around the new upper and idler.
Done.

It is a piece of cake. I didn't need to do any grinding to fit the 90mm idler.
1) Loosen bolts on the supercharger pulley
2) Get the belt off the snout
3) Unbolt the 75mm idler
4) Bolt in the 90mm idler
5) Remove bolts, pop 82mm pulley off
6) Pop 79mm pulley on, hand tighten bolts
7) Get the belt back on
8) Tighten bolts again, being careful not to overdo it or strip them

Yeah definitely pay attention to step 8 above. İ always double or even triple check to make sure belt sits nicely on all pulley ribs. I didn't once and stripped the belt. Cleaning pieces of stripped belt from the engine bay isn't fun
