2013 Shelby Needs traction! Please!!

Hi all,,Need the gear heads to sharpen their pencils,,,I recently purchased a 2013 Shelby GT 500 (668Hp, 631tq) Traction is awful, all you do is spin. Apart from the skill involved in learning to feather a clutch. Can anyone recommend a set up that would allow more grip. The car comes with rear 20" 285/30s, the fenders look tight already. It would be nice to know the max size wheel and tire size expectations (Is it worth rolling) as well as other ways (mechanical upgrades) if there is any, to improve the grip/power to ground ratios. I know about rolling fenders but haven't done it before (risk of screw up?) How much tire size can I get from that? aurgghhh!!
