This might be the same Lexus or similar setup. Fast as hell!

Once I saw the OP vid I knew it was a 2JZ swap. Usually you see them in the SC300-400 or IS300. The GS swap is cool as hell.

No need for 3.4 Whipple. Throw a tvs with upper and lower plus e85, nearly 800rwhp.

AWD75 is a very cool and humble guy with an amazing stable who just happens to make the best vids. Its too bad he isn't on the site any more

Something doesn't add up. You guys are saying "E85 ftw," but the other guy was [supposedly] on race gas. A 3.4L Whipple twin-screw and [if stock] 3.55 ring gear versus a 2.3L TVS and [if stock] 3.31 ring gear? The Whipple car should've walked the other guy handily until the very top end, despite having a 5WHP deficit. Heat soak FTL. Maybe the throttle response is taking a beating by the 3.4? :??: Then again, throttle response shouldn't matter that much in a roll race.

Right down the road from me. Big time driver mod on the hpp car for sure. Grabbing gears like nobody's business.

The tr6060 tranny and shift points makes a sugnificant difference.

That's cause that 3.4 isn't in it's sweet spot . Needs 20-21 before it's worth it . When ours hits 20 it's pulling like crazy right up to 27 :)
If he only wants 700 then he needs a TVS or 2.9 at most
