Any idea what could be causing this? The car just has a pulley, intake, and tune. I had been getting the wrench light when giving it half throttle, but today it gave me both the wrench and check engine light

Could also be tune related. If these codes cropped after a new tune or tune revision, look there.

P0300 - Random Misfire Detected Description:

This DTC sets when the misfire detection monitor detects an engine misfire in multiple cylinders or the PCM cannot identify which cylinder is misfiring.

Possible Causes:

 Damaged camshaft position (CMP) sensor

 Low fuel (less than 1/8 tank)

 Stuck open exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve

 Blocked EGR passages

 Misfire monitor neutral profile correction has not been relearned since the last mechanical repair

Diagnostic Aids:

One or more EGR passages may be blocked or partially blocked.

If you recently unplugged any harness connections, you should check them first. I have had codes like this show up also from a pinched harness because I installed something and pulled the harness a bit more than I should have (I chased gremlins for 6 months after my KB3.6 install).

The EGR is easy to rule out - let the car come up to temp and see if it opens. You can do this with a temp gun on the egr tube, it will suddenly shoot up in temp.
