I bought a 2012 roush stage 3 all stock and i recently added a jlt cai, 82mm pulley, 90mm idler, 56lb injector, vmp boost a pump, stainless works 1 7/8 longtube headers and off road x pipe. i wanted more power but i want it to be safe and last awhile and most of the people i see online are pushing 570-600whp with this pulley depending on tune and upgrades. now i know headers will add more but i dynoed 649rwhp, 546rwtq seems way high and my afr under WOT goes from 11.8-12.0 range. is that too lean? from what i found that safe is more like 11.5? is my afr safe or no?

the 497rwhp is the 100% stock dyno which reads a bit high for a stock stage 3 so im more so worried about my afr

Stay below .80 lambda and you should be fine. If you really want to cut down on power remove 1* of spark advance across the board and set your lambda to .78 during WOT. That should bring your power down to the 625 range...

That does seem like high numbers seems like a happy dyno, your AFR's should be in the 11.0-11.4 ish range so yeah id say your running lean and would not beat on it until i got that resolved. How did you get your AFR numbers ? Also were these the SAE or STD numbers, if its STD there can be up to a 20whp difference with correction factor figured in so you actually be right where you wanna be power wise.
