have to see how much is going to weigh... I have a feeling its going to be 200-300 lbs more then the GT500. I also have a feeling ford may toss a new blower on the next GT500 just for shits and giggles.

I thought they were going to put the Z28 label on that.
It's supposed to be powered by the same motor thats in the CTSV's.
The current Camaro [ v8 ] is 200lbs heavier than the GT.
I'd rather see a blower on the 5.0 motor. [ maybe on the boss ]

I hope Ford steps up the GT500 this year, just to rain on the ZL1 parade...Even if the ZL1 does not beat the GT500 numbers wise 0-60, 1/4 etc, the Mags will all still award it the medal in head to head comparo's.

How much do you think they will cost first year from dealers? Sky high like GT500s were when they first hit the showroom? I remember GM kinda killed the GTO by dealers jacking price way up when it first came out. Hopefully they won't be crazy. I like it a lot more than the current styling cues on the camaro.

Looks ok

That brake/suspension package will be trick as hell. I wonder if they'll use their two piece rotors?

EDIT: They sure as hell are using their two piece rotors. Right there is a very nice weight savings on the unsprung side of things.

I test drove a CTS-V with the six-speed manual not long ago - the bastard ripped!

That combo in the Camaro is going to be amazing.
