2012 5.0 spark plug question

hey guys im fairly new to the site but I thought I would go ahead and ask. I don't know much about plugs or gapping. I was told I could only buy plugs for my coyote at FORD dealership...which I bought for f'n $9 and some change each (or close to that). anyways on the box (motocraft) it says not to gap the plugs, that they are pre gapped?.. Can someone help me out? can I just use NGK? and what do I gap my plugs at? Thanks

I am pretty sure that NGK makes the plugs for Motorcraft though I could be mistaken. They tell you not to gap plugs that have platinum or iridium tips because you can damage them with the tool. I would just go ahead with the replacement. What interval are you replacing them with?
