Ok guys that have done the 6r swap with a coyote pcm..have y'all used Lund tuning to be able to make it work ? Or just used sct an had no problems ?? I'm having cylinder misfire issue an wondering if I'm missing something...any help is appreciated

I am interested in doing the swap. From what I understand hp tuners can run the 5.4 off the 5.0 pcm. Your likely getting the cylinder misfire due to the different firing order from the 5.0 to the 5.4.
What all wiring did you have to do? I have a few other questions as well if you don't mind I will shoot you a pm.

Lund has mine running like a champ
I think that's part of my problem is that Lund has the software to make it act right..I emailed them earlier
