Pretty darn good bargain for $22K, they will sell the hell out of those things.

How much does one weigh?

You know what cracks me up about this ... my 2001 SS (LS1) would get 30mpg on the highway stock .. LOL (sure it wasn't rated at that, but it did get it).

BTW .. isn't it great to be alive for 300 hp n/a V6 cars :)

With the 6.2 liter Raptor, the 5.0, and now this, it should be a good year for Ford.

It's already been a great year for Ford.. and the hits just keep on coming.. WHOOO...

(just wish that I'd have bought Ford stock when it was a 1.70 a share a year ago)

Thumbs up to Ford. My DD has half the power of this thing and even gets 2 mpg less....:(

Very nice. I can't wait to see what hot-rodders start doing to them. I might actually consider buying one instead of a GT. That says a lot, given the fact that I've always said I'd never buy a Mustang unless it had a V8.

Best part of the article...

"The new Camaro has been whaling on the Mustang ever since its return."

Shouldn't that be wailing? :D Freudian slip, maybe, given the weight difference between a small pig of a Mustang and the large pig of a Camaro? I got a little chuckle out of it.
