Uh yeah the outcome would be worse. You have a car that is at least 500lbs lighter and with a fair amount of boltons your car will put down around 500. So yeah, 500 vs 385 is a big difference.

500? most LS2 cars make in the area of 370-390 with bolts ons. some go over 400 with full bolts ons..i.e. pulley, Fast setup, ported TB, etc.

The 5.0 is underrated and the 6.0 is overrated as far as factory HP. Plus the Goat has about 300-400 extra pounds.

my body's m6 gto with boltons was at 3720 . i don't know where you found 3-400 lbs deference . isn't a stock 2011 gt around 3600

I thought they weighed closer to 4000lbs. Guess I need to weigh mine? But either way, less weight, more factory HP, better gearing, etc....The GTO needs bolt-ons just to play catch up with a factory 5.0, so a full bolt-on vs. stock is barely a win, which is what I'd expect.

yeah my M6 GTO 3755 without me. That kill was posted on the GTO board as well, he has a vararam intake, shorty headers, catback, and a 160 thermostat.

Yup us GTO guys are at a disadvantage right from the start. He is probably leaving some on the table with that setup though. Shorty headers on the LS2 typically add very little over the stock manifolds. I am sure he had his reasons, maybe cost or ease of install but LT's are a much better solution.

Funny thing is I am 2-0 vs new five liters(setups unknown) and 0-3 vs Mach 1's. Just never know what the other guy has got.
