The MP4-12C is powered by a twin turbocharged 3.8 Liter V8 engine producing around 600 HP and 433 lb-ft of torque. The engine is coupled to a McLaren built seven speed Seamless Shift dual clutch gearbox and can sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in less than 3.5 seconds and can hit a top speed in excess of 200 MPH.

Wow. They really made the exterior quite tame didn't they? Jesus at least put some nice wheels on the car.

Sick stats and the interior looks great but the exterior reminds me of a Hyundai Tiburon, kinda disappointed.

Guess you guys forgot the original McLaren F1 was no beauty in its original for either.

Can't wait to see what this new car can do. Here it is at a much more appealing angle...

Damn, Im surprised at the interior. I like it! It looks like it might actually be a bit comfortable to sit in.

Looks like a mitsubishi Eclipse.

I was thinking Eclipse and a Saturn's love child

I'm pretty disappointed in this car, when I heard Mclaren was building a new car I had high hopes that it would once again come out at the level of the F1. But to build a supercar 15 years later that is no faster than the original seems kind of pointless (yes I know the technology is the car is ahead of the F1). I was seriously expecting some 2300lb 1000HP monster, but clearly they lost sight of what Mclaren was all about

Mclaren was never about a car with a monster motor making insane numbers (granted the F1's 600 hp V12 is nothing to scoff at.) They are all about making the perfect drivers car.
