Plastic is better for no heat soak -and- it's like bring extrude honed already, smooth inside, not rough casting.

yeah i know. ive extensively modded 5.4 3v intake manifolds. if it was aluminum i could make it scream.

Love it. Does it look like that 5.0 needs more air to breathe. Ford always makes the intake so restricted.

Meaning you can port aluminum, but not plastic? Good point. The aftermarket will be there...
