Are the intake runners aluminum? I thought the production version was going to be plastic runners? Anyway - looks great!
they are plastic that is colored aluminum. i only wish it was aluminum.

You know I've never really noticed it before, but the 5.0 emblem seems a bit high up on the 1/4 panel and a bit close to the door.
Feels like it should be an inch or two lower and an inch or so closer to the wheel well.
I really like the Brembo Brake package wheels too.

Drives, rides, handles and runs great!
Plastic is better for no heat soak -and- it's like bring extrude honed already, smooth inside, not rough casting.

Maybe it's just me but I think the new 5.0 motor looks damn sexy. A good looking motor IMO. BTW, the car looks great too.

you can take it off with dental floss! thats how i removed the emblems from my evo. i dont know if the 5.0 emblems are held on by 3m double stick or through the body.
