I have been having trouble with my coyote overheating since I bought the car in August with 15k miles. It only overheats with the A/C on and when stationary, once I start driving it cools down. Water pump replaced in August, thermostat replaced in November, and fan assembly with switch replaced 2 weeks ago. Has anyone had this issue, or have any idea what to do next?

Look at the terminals in the gray pigtail to the fan resistor, they may be burnt. I assume you used a Ford OE fan assembly which comes with a new resistor. If the resistor is not new, check it for continuity. Otherwise, the fan relays may be bad, try swapping them.

When you turn the AC on, or the car gets really hot, the fan speed should transition to "high". Sounds like you car has a working low speed, but no high speed.

I had that problem a long time ago on an Acura integra. Ended up being bad radiator cap. Cheap fix
