This car is used with 551 miles on it. You can tell it is used because it doesn't have the original window sticker on it.

It still isn't a bad deal on the car with that low of miles as the original sticker price of this car was some around $37,000 +.

There are cars with a few thousand miles that are still considered "new."

Some vehicles start out as demo vehicles and get a few miles on them, once through with them they sell them for a used car price even though they are still considered "new" since they haven't been titled.

That is correct, but this particular car wasn't like that.

The original window sticker was gone and in its place was one of the ones that the dealers put on the car when they are used!
