I found a water leak in my wife's Explorer. It's coming from a seam on the roof near the back hatch. I thought it might be from the bolts that hold the roof rack down so I removed them and rtv'd around the holes and around the bolts. I just retested it and it still leaks.

Anyone have any experience with this?

And check the seal that's on the truck body for the rear cargo door, sometimes they get folds and cause a leak there

I might have found it. The sealer around the rear hatch hinge was cracked and coming up. When I poured water directly on it water came through. Going to give the sealant four or five hours then put water on it again.
