I have a 2011 Mustang 5.0 with roush supercharger 575 hp kit, and I have a couple of questions about pulley and idler pulley upgrade.

I have a friend that has a couple of 90mm idler pulleys laying around that he used on his 2009 GT500 and he gave me one, and I have no idea if it will fit on my car. Will this idler fit on my car and if so will I need any spacers or other type of hardware to install it?

My next question is I'm looking on going from the 85mm pulley to 82mm pulley on my supercharger, and I have been looking around to find out what the torque needs to be on the bolts. So does anybody no what torque is for the pulley bolts?

Do you still have the stock Roush tune? You will see a huge difference with an aftermarket tune.
Also you don't need a different idler pulley if you go to an 82mm pulley. Just different belt.

Google for thr roush installation instructions and if i remember right, they have the torque specs in there. PM if you can't find it.

I ran the stock idlers with the 82mm SC pulley, No belt slip. Check the back space on the pulleys your friend gave you. I'm sure the mounting bolt and hole is the same diameter. Torque on the bolt isn't very much. I can't find the spec's

You will not need anything with the kit you already have to run an 82mm pulley other than the 82mm pulley itself. You do not need a new belt and i believe the torque specs on the bolts are 10Nm

I still have the Roush stock tune, and I am getting ready to pick up an after market tune with VMP and 82MM pulley. I did find out that I do not need a new belt, and that my belt will be able to support 85-72mm pulley's. But it is recommend to put on a 90MM idler pulley which I'm trying to find out if the one my friend gave me will work, and if anybody may know that info. I know that the idler bolt is torqued to 25 Nm, but I still have no idea what the small 6 bolts that hold the smaller pulley on the supercharger are torqued to. I do appreciate the info that every body has given so far.

10 Nm should get you close based on the bolt size. I just checked my install instructions and it doesn't show. Probably on a supplement install sheet included with the blower packaging.
