I'm sure this question has already been asked but I'm trying to find out what the best tires and sizes are for my 2010 GT500 with stock wheels. I'm leaning towards the MT Street Comps but I'd like other options. Also what is the widest size I could get? I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to wheels and tires.

How do you use your GT500 and what are you wanting to get out of your next set of tires? We'd be happy to make some recommendations for you.

It's a daily driver for now in Southern California so rain and cold aren't really a factor. I'd like road drivability with maximum dry grip.

Thank you for the additional information and for your continued patience.

Your factory wheels are 9.5 inches wide so I do not suggest going any larger. The 285/35-19 rear size is actually the largest size that is approved for this width wheel. An excellent tire model to look into that is produced in these sizes is the Michelin Pilot Super Sport. This model provides excellent dry grip and predictable handling. Here's the link with more details.
