2009 Lightning Convoy (Old Town, Fl)

cool vid. we used to have a huge convoy that would form from texas through oklahoma up to topeka for lightning fest every year. I think one year we had a couple dozen lined up most of the way through kansas. Good times!
thats awesome I wish there were enough lightnings around myrtle beach to do something like that.

The first L (silver) is turbocharged, and on I4 we really couldn't mess around to get the whipples or eatons screaming.
On the Convoy there was 20ish L's and at the meet there were 71 trucks.
That was a pretty sweet vid! It makes me want a lightning.
This year we will have around 25 on the convoy. It is a sight to see down the interstate.:banana:

This is the Tampa convoy going to Old town. There is a Miami convoy that picks up people on the way. They start at towers and head north to Palm beach. Check lightningrodder.com in the floc section for more details.

Is there a meet at Old Town in March ? I'm going to be in the area March 12th-20th

That blue lighting was cool until i saw the gay ass wing. What a fail (dont care how fast it is).
