Is the red button on the dash the self destruct mechanism?

Three engines planned, 4.4 diesel, 5.8 and 6.2 gas.

Sweet! That might make up for the fugliness.

On a side note, I read that a RG/SB Tundra with the sport package and 5.7L V8 + 2WD can go 0-60 in 5.6 seconds and runs high 13's/low 14's, or something along those lines, almost on par with the 99-02 Lightning.

So......assuming the 6.2L V8 in the new F-150 is more powerful (which it better be) and it has a better transmission and less of a weight issue, perhaps there won't be a need for a new Lightning if you can get one equipped just like that Tundra. Not that I wouldn't absolutely love to see a new one........just a thought.

Looks great to me. Quite a lot of buttons on the dash though. I hope they keep the dual captains chairs with the shifter on the center console. My dad has one like that and it looks great in a truck.
