Hey local guys can you help me?
I have a 2009 f150 which is my dd. I bought the truck brand new with approx. 21 miles. The truck lived at Ford. My shift points are changed. The tech said additional fluid was recommended by ford to add to my tranny. I've had a grinding noise every since I bought it. I drive at 30 mph it grinds, 40 grinds,50 grinds. I engage 4*4 and it stops. What could it be? It's honestly driving me insane. It almost sounds like something is trying to engage,but I'm no expert obviously or else it would be fixed already. Hell I'll try to take a video if needed, it's loud and won't stop unless I take my foot off the gas. No one can figure it out.
