Ok, so just a quick glance now when I am home from work...............I am comparing the 2007 $56K eBay Super Snake with (round numbers) 15K miles and this NASCAR 427 with 22K or so miles. The things that stick out to me right away, they are both 725's with the early (non-liquid cooled) 2.8 KB, the eBay car has the standard install Black 2.8 KB........ and the NASCAR 725 has the $1300 Optional Polished 2.8 KB, not a big deal, but buyers of these cars like options that were available when the car was built and the Polished KB toaster is in more demand than the standard install Black KB, it is just the way it is.....Shiney and Pretty under the hood sells. But what I really don't understand is the Alcoa's on that eBay car........Those Alcoa's could be ruined if they have been blasted to accept powder coating, and that is probably what has been done. You will never get them back to the original Dura-Bright finish if they have been media blasted, that could be as much as a $5000 hit to that car, and then the Baer Extreme front calipers, what is going on with them????? It looks like someone was trying to cover something up??..............another hit IMO............ Even though the NASCAR 725 horse car has a few more miles, the condition of these valuable items look much better than the lower mile eBay 725........... Me personally, if I was looking for a car like this, the first factor(s) are original condition of the hard to find parts, I see some questionable items on the eBay 725, and the NASCAR 725 appears to be a nicer car overall. Also notice the coolant tanks..........cast iron block rust discoloration, it is the way it is 2007-2010, keeping the coolant regularly flushed and changed will minimize the brown tanks, it looks like the eBay car has just changed the tank to get rid of the brown look. If I were a buyer, I would vote for the cleaner overall look of the NASCAR 725 with a few more miles, than the lesser mile eBay 725 with a few questions, a closer inspection is needed on that car because of the upfront questions.
