2007 Mustang GT wheels on a 2001?

i know the offset is different and that 01 wheels will work on a 07, but will 07 wheels work on a 01? searching has led me to several answers,so has anyone done it?

yea they'll bolt up... the offset is retarded...

you'll need big spacers for the rear. fronts will work fine.
