2007 gt trunk water leak

just opened my trunk and found a bit of water on the drivers side.mainly collected down in the lowest part of the floor down near where the plastic vent it. i tried spraying water while looking in the trunk and couldnt see where it was coming in.

is this a common issue? where abouts do they normally leak. my 05 gt had a similar problem but it was closer to the spare tire.




any ideas would be appreciated

went in the trunk with a flashlight and water being sprayed on the car and still cant find any leaks. it seems to be collecting down below the drivers side trunk vent flap and long the left side just before the spare tire well. in a small groove where a wiring harness goes.

the carpet is only wet right below the spoiler holes but the spoiler doesnt seem to leak. almost like its leaking up near the tail lights and running down the back of the trunk.

anyone have this type of leak?
