2006 mustang gt engine going in a Pantera

I've got a donor car with burned interior with an automatic. Purchased the FR control pack and then discovered that it needs a 2007-2009 engine wiring harness (for standard transmission). The SVT tech told me that the needed harness is no longer available from Ford Racing. I asked if it was possible to modify my harness and he said yes if I had the wiring diagrams for both the 2006 and a 2007. Anybody do this, or can offer advice???

Just get one from a salvage, I'm sure lkq has one
