2006 GTwith long tube tuning question?

One of my dealers took 06 GT with long tubes and all the other bolt ons. Long story short, They put it back to stock with the exception of the headers. Also returned it to stock via the supplied tuner.

They sold it and it will not pass CT emissions due to the O2 senors reacting too slowly most likely due to them being so far down stream. Any advice on what can be done? Must there be a tune back in it to eliminate this issue? Any advice would be appreciated to help them out.

Not my area of knowledge being an Terminator guy. :??:

Yes, it has to have a tune or the stock manifolds need to be put back on. The transport delay must be lengthened and the heater duty cycle has to be raised. I had to raise mine 15% to keep from getting the CEL.
