2005 gt auto to manual swap won't run

Hey everyone I'm new on here, iv got a 05 gt I just swapped in a t3650. Swapped in the manual engine harness and Bama send a tune to switch to a manual transmission, it'll start but goes into failsafe mode and throws 15+ codes. Mostly shift solenoid codes and torque converter open circuit codes. Not sure what's going on with it anyone have any ideas??

Got it running now. The computer was still thinking the auto was in it. Bama sent another tune and started right up.
