2004 Radio Harness Diagram Needed

I just found out that one of the previous owners of the '04 Cobra I just bought messed with the radio wiring. They seem to have a mix of 03 and 04 connectors wired into the harness with an '03 style radio currently hooked up. I cannot imagine why. i would like to make it right and wire in new pigtails. This is exactly what I need, but the problem is that the colors on this harness don't (and aren't supposed to) match up with the stock harness. You are then left to figure out the wire placement. I have been looking everywhere and don't see a way to figure this out. Does anyone have a diagram for this or even detailed pictures of the three plugs and wires for an '04 Mustang?

It helped me out in trying to figure out different speaker sizes/ratings and other specs that are radio related. I had a harness adapter with the radio I purchased from Crutchfield - and it was plug in play so I've never spliced into the stock wires.

The stock harness was already messed with. I want to replace the ends on the harness that go into the stock radio (not the ends you would buy for an aftermarket radio). The link I posted previously has the harness I need (which is a replacement for the stock harness ends), but the colors they have on their wires don't match the stock harness. I would basically need to know what each color on the radio harness is so that I could wire this harness in.
