2004 mach 1 comp orange needs some TLC whats it worth?

Got a 2004 comp orange mach 1. Car has 124k miles on it. Runs and can drive it anywhere. Trans grinds in 3. Has crack in windshield. Paint is not the best. Has 373 gear off rd x pipe with flows. Looking to sell to get another 2003 cobra. Just dont know what a fair price would be. Car is a five speed with clean interior.
