Hey folks,

I have been considering selling my 2004 M3 and thought I would post it here and see if there is anyone interested in it. I hardly drive it anymore and I think it's an injustice to have it just sitting in a garage when it's such a fantastic car.

Here are the details, and for now, I would like to sell the car as-is.

The Car:
  • 2004 Alpine White M3 w/Cinnamon Interior
  • SMG II Transmission
  • Sunroof
  • Dual Power Seats
  • Aluminum Interior Trim
  • Standard Business CD/HK stereo
  • 61,XXX miles, no CPO unfortunately
  • Rear Parking Sensors

I'm the second owner, bought from original owner who adored it as well.
The paint is in perfect condition and I just had the one small ding that was on the car removed professionally. The only visible flaws on the body are one or two small rock chips and the CF front lip has some road damage, but I will most likely replace before selling.

Exterior Mods:
  • Vorsteiner Single-Sided CF Hood, Painted AW with CF vents exposed
  • Vorsteiner Single-Sided CF Boot Lid, Painted AW with spoiler edge and license plate recess exposed
  • RennSpec CSL-style CF diffuser, Painted AW with center exposed
  • Hamann-style CF brake ducts/foglight covers
  • Strassentech Front Lip
  • EAS 60-LED Angel Eyes
  • 6000K HID Foglights
  • Matte Black M3 Emblem
  • Matte Black Kidney Grilles
  • Matte Black Side Grilles
  • Depo Smoked Corner Lights with Chrome Bulbs
  • Bimmian Painted Reflectors
  • Smoked Taillights

Interior Mods:
  • Brushed Aluminum F1 Paddles
  • Brushed Aluminum E-Brake Handle

Performance Mods:
  • JVT Race Header installed by Tonester
  • Borla Midpipe w/Rasp Eliminator
  • Borla Cat-Back
  • AFE Stage 2 Intake

Suspension, Wheels, and Tires:
  • KW V2 Coilovers
  • Dinan Front Strut Tower Brace
  • DPE S20 3-Piece Wheels 19x8 and 19x10.5
  • 12mm Hubcentric Spacer on Rear
  • Falken FK452 tires all around, 245/35 19 Front, 275/30 19 Rear

Note: The tires are all still very new and have roughly 3-4K miles on them. The wheels have seen some action and are not in very good shape. I have treated them very well, but the last person who had these (not the person I bought them from, though) did not maintain them. There are pits in the chrome lips, chips in the clearcoat on the brushed centers, and one rear wheel has been curbed. I'd value the set at about $900 or so. They're still very strong, lightweight wheels and there are no flaws in how they perform, but they really could stand to be refinished.

Engine Bay Dress-Up
  • CF Engine Cover
  • CF Ram Air Intake Cover
  • CF Battery Terminal Cover
  • CF Xenon Cover
  • CF Cabin Filter Cover
  • CF DME Cover

The car is a solid 8.5/10. The only things that keep it from being perfect are cosmetic. The car runs great and pulls very hard. It's never been raced, but definitely has been enjoyed as any M3 should be. It's never been used as a regular commuter as I work from home and out of my shop that's right down the road from me. The original owner only drove it to work occasionally and I believe he worked close to home as well.

The interior shows minimal wear and tear and looks amazing for a car with 60K miles. Everything in the car works and there are no electrical or mechanical issues. The car has also never been smoked in.

As of right now, I'm listing the car as-is and I would like to get $27,500 with all of the existing mods.

Thanks for looking!

Kris

Here are some photos, but I will try to get more shortly.

WOW! That car is beautiful! I've been considering a 335i for a while now....but if the right e46 M3 comes around I'd pull the trigger. Had this been a 6mt car I'd be quivering right now.
